Title: Pickled Snow Peas
Categories: Pickle Vegetable
Yield: 1 Servings

  Garlic clove, 1/pint
  Head of Dill, 1/pint or 1
 tsDill seed
  Snow Peas, 140g or 5 oz. /
  Pint
  Brine
  Water 4 cups
  White vinegar 2 cups
  Coarse pickling salt 5 Tbsp

Place garlic and in each hot sterilized pint jar. Pack with snow peas to 1 inch of top.

Brine: Combine water, vinegar and salt in pan and bring to boil until salt dissolves. Fill jars with boiling brine to within 1/4 inch of top and seal with

sterilized lids according to manufactures instructions. Let stand 4 weeks before serving.
